Charlie Brown - Nutrition Educator

For the past 30 years, Charlie has been following his passion in life - to improve the quality of life of his fellowman. In 1989, he was diagnosed with Cancer and given only 18 months to live. He prayed and God gave him 4 Scriptures from the Bible to give him hope and led him to change his diet. Even before his medical treatment began, the tumor on the outside of his body had decreased over 40% and within four months all the tumors were gone. This amazing recovery sparked his interest in the human body’s ability to fight disease if given the necessary fresh, whole God-Given foods and the right spiritual and mental attitude. He began to study nutrition first from a Biblical perspective and then he read up on the latest nutrition discoveries and attended nutrition seminars. He began helping sick people recover from their health problems by adding a nutrition regime in conjunction with the medical procedures and watched many of them recover more quickly from their illnesses. For the past 24 years, he has traveled throughout the US and Canada teaching his nutrition course on weekends sharing what he has learned about living healthy in a sick world. About Charlie

Charlie and his wife Joyce (of 41 years), live in Charlotte, NC with their 5 kids and 8 grandchildren. Charlie graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 1970 with a BA Degree in Business Administration. He has enjoyed a career in Sales & Marketing for 49 years and is now a Business Development Manager for a Gas Controls Company. All of his life he has been involved in Church Ministry - Youth Groups, Prayer Ministries, Worship Leader and Song writer and Sunday School Teacher. He is also an Ordained Minister and involved in Jail and Prison Ministry.
